I have been a customer of public storage in Southlake for a very short 3 month period. And every time I am in need kayla the manager is always there with better news of how she can help me. My first month I forgot my due date and she helped get my late fees dismissed. So accommodating and great customer service. I will never use another storage again. Way to go

Great experience at Public Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well run. Rich made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain all my options so I could choose the right unit. It’s clear he really cares about helping customers and takes pride in what he does. If you need storage, I highly recommend this location and ask for Rich!

Recently I have had to move one storage into another and Rich who is the property manager has been a big help for me in getting this done. He’s worked with me for the past month regarding setting up the move dates and working with me to save a spot which financially will be a lot more beneficial to me for a month’s rent cost. Amanda and Reggie too were also there to help me whether Rich were off on a day or just in office with him. Thank you to each of them.
