Convenient location and when the app was working it was very easy to get in and out. There was a solid few months where my app wouldn't open the gate which was frustrating but eventually it was fixed. Moving in was a terrible experience with the employee losing my reservation and having to wait 30+minutes the morning I picked up my keys to notice I was at the front door since no one was at the front desk and the employee wouldn't answer the phone that they used to call me the morning before, but moving out was a breeze at least. Quickly became incredibly expensive and not worth the price. I had a "climate controlled" unit and now that I've moved out I'm realizing that it's a joke. Remotes and small electronics have battery corrosion and my bookshelf back is warped from the humidity in my unit. Might as well have gone for a regular unit and risked the weather. Also, they give you the option to pay a premium for 24 hour access. Price gouging at its finest.
