We are very big on customer service at our office and Mrs Tara had shown us nothing more then exceptional customer service even if it was over the phone. My company is expending and looking to move into the area but needed some storage space for our equipment and Mrs Tara have given us all the info we needed and also recommended a bigger unit so to the amount of storage space I needed and I just wanted something small but it make perfect sense so we went with her suggestion. She wasn’t pushy as we told her we wasn’t moving until February 2026. A+ in customer service. If you need more information about the service call this location.

My move out experience was a nightmare! I went to move all my furniture out of my climate controlled storage unit yesterday and I found my mattress, box spring, nightstand, dresser, and couch have all been ruined with mold and infested with rodent pee and poop. I was told I would have to dispose of those items elsewhere not at the dumpster on site or I would be charged extra. First off, I’m pregnant and that’s highly toxic to even be around those items that have mold present on them so it was a very unprofessional approach of the manager of the facility to deal with the situation of me losing all my furniture-was not sympathetic toward the situation at all just seemed more concerned about telling us we can’t leave the furniture at the dumpster -and not to mention the building smelled absolutely awful - like something had died in there…and there are dryer sheets hanging in all the vents so they knew about the smell and are trying to cover up the smell. I’m appalled that I was paying an outrageous amount of $ per month for all my stuff to just be ruined. If I could give this place 0 stars I would
