The guy we met that helped us get our shed is is super nice the storage yard is clean and looks to be in good repair. I may need a 2nd unit and will recommend this place to others . Actually I want to edit this. I stopped by today to drop off something Dustin was outside in the rain cleaning up the parking lot. This to me says a lot about Dustin. He is an awesome person. Nobody would have blamed him for staying warm inside . He went the extra mile to keep the place nice for us . Public storage needs to keep this man. He is a good one

Dustin was super helpful, friendly, prompt, and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal around, was satisfied with our unit, and goes above and beyond with his customer service and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend going and talking to Dustin at the Geneva Road location in Orem. He won't steer you wrong, and I've had at least 6 storage units at different locations the past 2 years. This is by far the BEST!

This is my Google Review for Public Storage at Geneva Road Orem especially Manager Dustin. I rent 2 storage units at Public Storage Geneva Road in Orem. Everything has been excellent and Manager Dustin is excellent. I'm very happy with the management, facilities of Public Storage for my 2 units. Everything and everyone at the facility is super organized and helpful and customer service focused and the facilities are very clean and well organized. Thank you! Sandra

Staff here is the best, Dustin is amazing and made moving in fantastic! They made moving things into the unit fantastic, they even gave us some water bottles when they noticed we were thirsty. Units are spaceous, and very well priced. 11/10 recommend
