Great facility all around. Security was great plenty of cameras and manager walkthroughs, having stayed in my 12X35 unit for three years, I did not have any insect or rodent problem, and the staff was very friendly. Even the other tenants were friendly and respectful. If I had to do it all over again, I would use this same facility. Thank you, Prime for a great experience!

Carma is awesome! Scouting closer storage near SLC, Called ahead before closing ; Carma worked with my schedule for for an at-closing walk through. Found a unit that fits my needs & stayed 10min past assisting with setup. Above & beyond typical storage facility management.

We rented an 30’ and a small 5’ climate controlled unit for the past 6 months. It was easy to get our 26’ truck in and out. Carma and her team have given AAA best in industry service here at Prime Storage Sandy. They are friendly, efficient, helpful, and accommodating. They know their clientele well and run a tight ship with well maintained and secure units. This will be the first place I’d recommend anyone needing storage come and should we need it in the future this is where we’ll come. Hands down the best storage facility in the Salt Lake valley.
