It is to noted that having to put your belongings in Storage is not always the best but if need be you want it safely stored and do not to worry rather it will be ok to stores there. With that said Public Storage at this location has it secure you can rest assured that Shaylee values your belongs and agree adheres to the policy standards and often time going above and all out to insure you she cares. I recommend this Public Storage in West Valley and it should be noted not all are the same.

I’ve had a really solid experience with this public storage location. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to access and I’ve always felt comfortable coming and going. going the staff has been professional, straightforward, and helpful whenever I have questions about billing unit sizes or access. Shaylee deserves a shot out for being friendly patient and genuinely on top of things but what I appreciate most is the overall operation here it’s just run well if you want a storage place that’s organized secure anyone handle with good customer service. This location has been great for me

Shaylee at the West Valley Location did such an outstanding job handling me and my man's unit. She literally helped me contact another location so I could pay with them because I was closer. She is just amazing and deserves to be told that very often. She definitely goes out of her way to help us customers, & we appreciate her so much! :)

Was helping some family move stuff and we had a little trouble getting 3 vehicles through the gate. Shaylee, absolute queen, not only helped us make sure we didn't get caught in the gate, but also was so bright and cheerful and was very happy to see our "it takes a village" stuff. As we were leaving, I was the 3rd car, I got stuck behind the gate and it almost closed on the car in front of me... that should get fixed but she was on top of it to prevent any damage and apologized for not mentioning that on our way in. She probably forgot cuz we were laughing about something, I might have forgot too. But she came to the rescue and was super cool.
