Good and friendly service; helpful if needed but do not get in the way;

I was taking advantage of an annual promo savings and was very cordially advised as to the proper procedure directly with the representative on hand and was further guided through the procedure by the two young ladies who walked me the rest of the way to which I am genuinely grateful. The graciousness & patience with which they helped me through finishing this transition was most welcome and is not forgotten nor , at all , taken for granted. I was only too happy to thoroughly cleanup my old storage unit in order to clearly demonstrate my appreciation as I moved into the new storage unit offered at their facility.
