As soon as you get moved in, they raise your rent about 75%...it's part of their business model. It's been 2 weeks and they have not shoveled the entrance to the building ... You literally have to navigate 5 feet of snowcrete. The attendant does not sweep; there is always debris in the hallways. If it wasn't very convenient, I would move out.

needed a unit for a month. the facility was well maintained And no issues with the unit itself. However! There was a promotion claiming “$1 first months rent” well, after all the fees i ended up paying $55 which I honestly thought was a little misleading. also, for some reason, the app never worked for me

I have had some bad experiences at extra space so getting great service and treated like I actually matter just makes things so much better. Make sure the team gets the praise they deserve everyone I talk to there is amazing

This has been an absolute disaster. We rented our unit here for several years, but over the past year, the rent kept increasing until it doubled. It seems like they assume clients live abroad and try to take advantage of that situation. We finally moved out and are now paying only a third of what they were charging us. We absolutely do not recommend this place — the pricing strategy is outrageous and reflects very poor business practices.
