Suzanne provided excellent information and told me everything I needed to know before I made the decision to choose this Public storage for my household belongings I was moving coast to coast. The feeling of trust and support I felt with her was also matched by Jessica when I met her the day the moving truck arrived. The customer service I experienced with both of them was clearly 5 stars. And then, when I realized I lost an earring somewhere on the property during the move in time--I called Suzanne to ask if they had happened to find it. They didn't have it BUT Jessica went out to search for it and found it! Really--they both went the extra mile. Thank you!
