I would like to take a minute to thank Tonya for her professionalism and persistence demonstrated with resolving my issue. I was planning to vacate my unit on Jan 31st but because of all the snow and ice on the property I was not able to. Tonya was very understanding of my situation and worked very hard with upper management to find a resolution. I know I was not the only customer she was working with, but she made me feel like I was her only customer. Whenever I spoke to her she was very patient and kind. She is the epitome of what GREAT customer service should be. Tonya, thank you so much for making this experience less stressful than it could have been.
