Worst person to encounter even it over the ones phones To whom it may concern I am leaving this review regarding Public storage location 20101 I won a storage unit on February 25 2026 I purchased 7 units picked up 4 location on the last location my truck broke down I called all 3 of the last location to inform them that my truck broke down and that the truck would not be available again until Sunday at 12.30 every public storage location was find with it except location 11885 Jefferson Ave the manager at this location was very nasty when I did get to speaks to her then said to me my DM told me to call storage treasure and have you blocked I said Mrs I sat outside your location for one hour on Sunday you disconnected my code I called the 1800 number 5times to try and get a code to access they informed me the manager leaves at 1 o'clock on Sunday this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered from public storage came from this location I was a store manager for 14 years this manager needs additional customer service training and the DM had my account block without trying to resolve  the issue I question her customer service behavior also I'm sending this review to corporate also they need to know how there location are being ran

I love this public storage, staff is always super helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions. I’ve used this storage facility 4 times now and I’ve always gone thru Patty that’s my girl, go hollar at her.
