Great access and automated systems worked perfectly every time. When i first moved in, the attendant was kind and extremely helpful on maneuvering and gave excellent advice on how to make the move-in process efficient. There were several 30 Foot units being filled the same day and the on-site support helped to declutter the road ways and ensured we could all fit the large vehicles, unload, and offered the office restroom for use. Very clean, never see any traffic. A plus is the branch called us up to make sure everything went smooth. Great customer service. Even before renting, the Kiosk was incredible and I was able to speak to a representative within seconds. I just had a question about future rental needs and the attendant talked me through the entire process.

Took advantage of the new customer promotions and discounts to rent a pretty decent climate controlled unit for my hold goods during my move. Immediately after opening my unit to collect my lock, I noticed rat droppings in multiple spots within my unit. Tried to change or transfer to another nearby location but since I was no longer a new customer, I was no longer eligible for any kind of promotion of discount. Everything was twice if not three times what I initially rented.

The facility is fine and I feel it's secure enough. I feel the on-site staff does their best. I'm just extremely upset that in less than 3 years (35 months) corporate Public Storage have raised my monthly rate from $158 to $364, that's 134% price hike, or 44% a year. They (corporate) don't care about loyalty and customers that pay on time and cause no other problems. They just care about how fast they can raise your rate. The manager last year did get me a short freeze on a rate hike last year, but that even speaks worse for what corporate was trying to have me pay. I'm on a 5 year motorhome trip and was trying to see the country before my military caused disabilities made me unable to move. But I'm going to find a way to get back to the east coast and stop this unreasonable expense. Then they can lure some other suckered in with a rate that doesn't last 3 months.

DO NOT STORE HERE FOR THEIR PREMIUM PRICE IF YOU DONT WANT RATS GETTING INTO YOUR STUFF. For a 10x10 1 was paying 320 a month which is ridiculous when they can't keep rats and mice out of the units. I've been out of state for a year and when I went to get some stuff out half my totes were covered in rat urine and poop. I took what wasn't contaminated and requested for a move out. Thy are now charging me 300 to get all the stuff that's covered in urine and poop out of the unit when they couldn't maintain it to level that prevented them from getting in there in the first place. The day I was there 2 others were moving out for the same reason. If Public storage was willing to work with me (after spending around 10k to store my stuff there the last 3 years) in some capacity this reviews negative would have only been the rats and price, instead they wanted to tack on poor customer service. Tamika was my POC to try and resolve my displeasure with the state of my unit.

RATS IN EVERY SINGLE UNIT, DOESNT MATTER WHAT PART OF THE LOCATION Inside and outside units. Stay away!!!!! I tried to move around the whole property to get away from rats and every unit they sent me to inside climate control or outside had rats droppings.
