The young lady in the office, April, showed units to my husband and me was hysterical. We’ve rented from a lot of facilities but never have we had someone as knowledgeable. Excellent customer service is hard to come by, but she provided genuine and honest service.

APRIL is FANTASTIC!! No hesitation to genuinely help a customer. It's one thing to do one's job but it's another to help someone beyond the bare minimum. I called to ask a simple question about another Public Storage property and she treated me like I was a family member. Thank you April for all you do. Really the best experience I think you could possibly get Public Storage was my third stop two places I went to before I’d have to say I don’t think it could’ve got any worse thankfully after looking all day we found a good place imApril. The employee who I dealt with is really the best very helpful very knowledgeable and honest, she really takes pride in her job and being there for the customer.
