She was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can tell she takes pride in running her location the right way. The process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with care from start to finish. This was my first time having to get a storage and the manager Kanita was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me finish my online reservation which saved me more than 80 percent of the cost had I not done the free online reservation. She was helpful and patient.
