Monae did a great job when I came to get my unit. The Rent on the unit has went up three times in less than a year. I have inquired could my payment date change on my unit since I get paid on the 15th and the 30th that has not been able to happen. I am constantly charged not only a late fee but also a lock fee. It is ridiculous to charge me these additional fees after only being late within the month I pay before the next month arrive. It is no reason to take the lock off of my unit every month just because I pay in the middle of the month. I will be moving out. There’s no way the cost of my unit is going up $60 and then I have to pay a $20 late fee and a $20 lock fee Public Storage you need to do better.

Rates go up every 3 months. This is a work unit for me, but I feel so bad for people who are storing their personal items- total extortion! No way this unit should have increased $100 a month in the last year. This location is not in the best area also, they are absolutely preying on the vulnerable to charge late fees, lock out fees and to eventually be able to auction of the items.

The move in process was very smooth. The lock and a pamphlet on the insurance was already in the unit when we arrived. I had a question before move in and the young lady was very helpful (on the phone). I did not have to into the office for anything so I cannot comment on that but I will say that the fact that I did not have to go in there for anything speak volumes about the customer service as they were prepared for my move in.
