The property manager Jeslyn went above and beyond to help me with my options, and every little detail and question she was so patient and explained it to me in great detail. This locations property manager Jeslyn is absolutely wonderful to work with I would 100% recommend this facility, thank you again for the above and beyond service you showed me!

Rented a 5x15 drive-up unit here for under a year. My rate jumped repeatedly, eventually reaching $200/month (insurance not included but paid for as well), despite identical units at this same location being advertised for much less on the website. A dumpster that was placed a few feet in front of my unit, and 2 others, has been blocking drive-up access for the last four months- the very feature I rented this unit for. Somehow, this has been treated as acceptable by all property management? I contacted the property three times over those four months, to see if this was long term or if it was being moved. I only received one message from Jesslyn, while she was on her lunch break saying “return my call when I’m back from break and we’ll chat about the dumpster”. I returned the call and have still not heard back from anyone. I am now trying to move out of this unit, so I’m not paying $250/month for something I can’t use, but seems I still can’t get ahold of anyone. Overpriced, inconvenient, completely unresponsive and clearly doesn’t care about any level of customer experience. I would not recommend this facility to ANY ONE.

The staff here is not only friendly but highly skilled in their craft. They know storage and will get you exactly what you need. Customer service doesn't exist much today but it does here
