There is no human being at this facility. There is a kiosk that you use to talk to a human being who is somewhere. They told me I could use my lock from another u it. A few days after I moved in they said my lock was wrong for the door, so I paid for another lock via the kiosk. That lock was exactly the same as the one I already had. I had to return that lock and buy the correct lock from the kiosk. My unit is fine. But BEWARE! 6 months after I moved in, the price went up- 47% ! I can understand a price increase but not 47%. My salary did not increase at all during this time period.

Very easy to rent space!! If you have any questions, Ms. Josie is very knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond with her explanations and patience. She even rearranged her schedule to meet in person to assist me with payment! There’s a Public Storage App as well which makes unlocking the entrance very easy!! The online pricing is very affordable. I am very impressed, pleased and confident with the choice of storage facility.

I was under the impression I was renting on a special of $1/month and just buying the key/lock--- you all falsely fraudfully advertised that and sold me for the month with your rep- I reserved on 11/29- I had all of my belongings out on 12/28- and hustled to do so within the month to be sure I was only charged a $1/plus the lock and key- your rep promised my deposit of the held $51 fee would be refunded after I checked out and that is apparently not the case after speaking with a diff rep this morning. I will inform everyone of this fraudulent activity!! do not trust public storage or their specials- just a scam as a whole to profit off hardworking lower or middle class moving/facing hardships already let alone- during the holidays at that!! shame on you all
