I have no complaints of Public Storage. I have the 10 x 4 unit. It is very easy to access their facility and I like the proximity of my storage unit to the entrance. In particular, Susan was very helpful on my first time accessing the unit. She showed me the process to enter and she helped me find a cart to put my items on and wheel to my unit. Susan made the process so simple and stress free! I wish there was a Susan at every place of business I have to frequent .

Susan at the storage was a great help. She enlightened me on the going how I should choose the size of storage I needed for items. She has great customer service skill. She was polite and respectful. She answered all my questions. She was amazing. Thumb up to public storage for hiring her; you need more ppl like there.

Excellent experience at this storage facility! The units are very clean, always felt secure, and access is a breeze 24/7. Friendly staff, (Susan in particular) made the whole process effortless. Everything from helping to provide carts, to changing light bulbs in our unit on a moment's notice, she's been absolutely the best. Very satisfied with our time spent utilizing their space and would do so again.
