Angel is wonderful! I had a pleasant experience working with her. Storage unit was just fine. Customer service call center should probably have a little better instructions for people who order new units over the phone or online. Other than that, I’d use Public Storage again.

Absolutely love doing business at the R st Public Storage. The Manager Angel is the best & gives the true meaning to her name! An absolute gem & pleasure to have here. Wish there were more Managers like her at the rest of Public Storage locations. I have rented from 4 different Public Storage locations over the past 10yrs & this location has been by far the best & it’s because Angel takes pride in her job & it shows.

The manager at this property is top notch. She is friendly knowledgable and helpful. She made the move in process quick and easy. Last week I had forgotten my phone at home and could not remember my gate code, even though she had just closed the office for the night she went back in and re signed into her computer just to get it for me. Above and beyond. great customer service. Thank you
