I've been with Public Storage for something like 20 years, and I've had a variety of good and bad times with them . However, My recent interactions with Madelyn we're so kind and helpful, that I was inspired to leave this review for her and her location. If you've got an issue, ask for her, she'll handle it! And even if you don't, she's a pleasure to talk to! Thanks again, Madelyn!

Having been here several months now, I can say that I am sad to have lost Ian as a property manager. He did great! Friendly service and a good knowledge of his work. However, despite that loss, I am very happy to have met his replacement, the lovely miss Madelyn. I can say I am completely comfortable that the future of this facility is in excellent hands! I ran across her once on the grounds hunting some weeds in the concrete, and then at an arranged meeting. At the meeting, I had expected to just update my payment method, but while I was in she also checked and found I was eligible for a rate reduction that saved me a good bit on my monthly fees, clearly explained some additional charges I'd incurred (my own error), and ended up enjoying a pleasant conversation. Too bad we both had something pressing to attend to or we might've dallied longer. Felt like chemistry; might've been charisma. Not sure which, but either way, the facility and staff are still top notch! The rates are what can be expected for the area, and the PS corporation has good measures overall. I may be downsizing my storage, but I'm glad my things are well managed for now. Thanks, Public Storage, and Manager Madelyn!

Public Storage has been great to work with. I have had my storage unit for several years now, due to my extensive travel, and they have always worked with me when I had questions. There was even some water damage event reported a couple of years ago from a storm, and they were swift to take action so my items were not damaged and moved my items to another unit, which eased my worries from overseas. I very much appreciate the personal phone calls, emails and photos of all my items to make sure I knew my stuff was OK! Recently, I had to call the office and spoke with a wonderful agent, Maddie, who was so knowledgable, friendly, and helped me with so much efficiency, that I left feeling great about storing my beloved items at this storage unit over other options I could have chosen. Knowing that people like Maddie, is keeping an eye on my things there while I am traveling, helps me know that I can come back home to all my items safe and secure. Thanks again Public Storage, please keep up the good work!

Easy move-in and move-out. No surprises. Very helpful staff. Had a problem with the door and the staff took care of it right away. Will recommend this Public Storage site to friends.

Madelyn was super helpful and friendly when we forgot the keys to our unit. The facility is kept clean and well maintained, and ample redundant security measures seem to be properly implemented and adhered to. Public Storage already takes good care of it's customers, generally, but I get the feeling that's doubly true at this location.
