We are very pleased with the service we get at the Bothell location for (2) 10x20 Units. The local manager is very customer oriented and has been a big help on our temporary challenges. We have been with Public Storage since 2003. Can't say enough on how good the level of service is.

The staff here is very nice and friendly. Crystal helped me through the setup process and even helped get a unit closer to the previous one to make things easier to move. Make sure to get an appointment beforehand. Madelyn was helpful with closing out the previous storage unit and it went smoothly with no unexpected charges.

I went in super confused and needing some assistance with my unit and grabbing a cart, and Madelyn was a super star who provided all that I needed. Super friendly and helpful staff, answered all of my questions and needs, as well as keeping the facility clean; normally you'll see people just walk past garbage, but Madelyn made it her mission to keep the premises clean. With clean facilities, low prices, and friendly staff, I'm super glad I went with Public Storage in Bothell. Thanks Madelyn, you're the bee's knees!

Madelyn met me upfront with a smile and was super helpful in the 10 minutes I was getting help with renting out a unit. She was very articulate, polite and helped me every way she could. I just had the best experience, highly recommend.. the facilities are clean maybe not as cheap but totally worth it just because of Madelyn!

Robin runs the best Public Storage store in the network. She is competent, capable, kind, caring, clean. She runs a tight ship of capable staff in a clean space. She uses her understanding to open doors. I couldn’t recommend her and her location more!
