UPDATE 2.0 - Company has been making improvements. They did an update to the ventilation in the hallways where my units are and you can feel the difference. Saw landscapers working on the site cleaning things up, really appreciate how they are cleaning things up despite the location. UPDATE 1.0 - Kris helped me rent an additional unit and made the process a breeze of updating my automatic billing. Well-lit property and Kris helped me return my lock. Perfect service and great sense of humor, ease of access to space as well!

UPDATE: Ian was well receptive and helpful. Closed out storage contract, and answered many questions. Very positive experience and would recommend renting to others! Had a great experience today! The employee helping me named Traxton was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond with my storage unit!! They even caught a pricing issue caused by an email typo and fixed it right away. Really appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service! Definitely deserves a raise 👍🏻

I am so grateful for Ian at the airport road location for he was so excellent and kind while he stayed late letting me finish up ppwk as I am new here. The lady at the other location was ridiculously rude, but Ian gets 5 stars PLUS no doubt!!!

[ An employee LOCKED ME INSIDE my storage unit. I had to be cut out by the fire department and wasn´t able to take two duffel bags I had packed, so my dog's ashes and my deceased mother's favorite porcelain figurine are still inside my unit and about to be sold at auction. The staff won't allow me to get the two bags and has not apologized for trapping me inside my unit ] ***Original Review*** Such helpful and understanding staff. A great, safe and clean place to store your belongings. They make rental a breeze and the app turns you're phone into a gate remote so you don't even have to memorize a code. Affordable rates and convenient location right off the swift bus lines.

Ian helped me so good, lady at nearby location was not helpful so moved sites. Customer service agent was also helpful and Ian helped me set up the app and update account information.
