Over the past 24 hours I have had a fantastic rental experience with the on-site resident manager, Robin, at this location. She provided extraordinary customer service, showing me 4 different 10x20x10 units, then going a step further to show me a 10x30x10 when I decided that I needed a bigger unit. The price for the larger unit was 5x the price of the smaller units. So she helped me find and make an appointment for the larger unit size at another location for a better price. She ensured me that she wanted to do the right thing for me even if I didn't end up renting from her. As a new and ethical business owner, this speaks volumes to me. Her primary objective was taking care of me, the customer. And that is how it should be. And I love that. After thinking about it overnight, I decided that I wanted to rent the unit from Robin instead of the other location with the lower price. Her superior customer service really made it a warm and positive experience for me. I will always remember her. She walked me through the rental process over the phone and got me all setup. She answered all my questions and even got her calculator out to make sure the math in the rental agreement was correct. I went and picked up my keys this afternoon. The whole process took about 24 hours to complete. I got the unit size that will work best for my needs and got to make a new friend! Robin provided an extraordinary experience and I look forward to renting from her for years to come! Thank you Robin!

This is a wonderful place to rent from, not only are there great deals, but the units are accessible 24/7 for a reasonable fee ($30). Not only that, but the staff is very kind and helpful, today Robin helped me move into a unit a week earlier than I had reserved. Even when there was a little issue (they don't take cash), she gladly paused what we were doing until I came back so there was no extra waiting. I was in and out of there so fast. It's a great location for where I live too, literally right around the corner. This is a much needed upgrade from my last unit. And the sale was amazing.

Robin from public storage at this location went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied 100%. Called other locations for availability and pricing. Showed us multiple 10x10 units. In the end, we switched the unit size and without hesitation, continued her job professionally. Not to mention, we were late for the appointment time and she continued to be very helpful and keep a professional attitude and made sure we left happy. Recommend this location for storage if you need a place for your belongings. Good location near I-5 easy in and out with app capabilities to open gates for access. Friendly and professional staff.
