James has been extremely friendly and helpful with the move-in process. He properly directed me to my new unit and helped me with my incompatible lock (make sure it's a cylinder lock and not a padlock!). As others have said, the facility and units are clean and secure as well.

Had a unit and needed to switch to larger one. Jeff explained all options and went out of his way to make sure the transition could take place same day. Every time I have stopped in he has been friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, clean facility & units.

I have used this facility on and off for many years. It has always been good with friendly staff. I started using them again two months ago due to my move and downsizing and I have nothing but great experience. Their online system and app is so easy to use. The place is so clean. Nice AC inside hallways. But most of all the facility manager Jeff is truly a great guy. I think the best part in going to the storage to move things around is to see Jeff and say him to him. He is always smiling. He is always working and maintaining the place. Such as an amazing guy. He is the big difference in this place and I am hoping the company takes good care of him. It's so hard to find people like Jeff today with a great attitude and amazing work ethics.

Just recently closed out to move out of state after having a unit here for 2+ years. I had a great experience with this place. The facility itself is kept very clean, and felt 100% secure and reliable. The on-site manager, Jeff, is exceptionally helpful & honest. He was always willing to help with any questions, from when I first set things up until assisting me in closing out my units when I left. I would absolutely recommend for indoor storage needs.
