Great experience
Ashley is the best. My family and I were in need of a storage unit asap and Ashley assisted us well. She's very friendly and has great customer service skills. The only issue is that the hours are not to my liking. I wish that the gate hours were until at least 10 pm rather than 9pm

Courteous, attentive and detailed. I am feeling quite fortunate to have found a storage locker that is in the area I wanted, within my budget constraints, and attended by absolutely wonderful people. A thousand thanks to Brittany the property manager for making this little part of the current life transition I'm going through a complete breeze. She was able to ensure my storage needs were adequately met, that I fully understood all the small details of renting from PS, and hit her obviously mandated company sales pitches all while exuding a genuine warmth and personable character that completely set me at ease. As someone who can be as socially awkward as myself, I can honestly say it is very rare indeed for me to be made to feel comfortable so quickly while dealing with processes that I am unfamiliar with. I hope PS fully appreciates the quality employee they have in Brittany, and I would recommend this particular location to anyone for their storage needs without hesitation.
