Read your contract very carefully. This company smiles to your face while screwing you in the fine print. I’ve been at this Public Storage location for two years. My rate was about $100 in 2024, jumped to $290 in 2025, and is now $345 in 2026. Meanwhile, the exact same unit is currently advertised to new customers for $170, discounted to $143. Let that sink in. When I called to ask why I’m paying more than double what they’re advertising, their solution was to tell me I could get the lower rate if I move all my stuff into a different unit. Same building, same size, same everything. Just physically move my belongings so they can pretend it’s a “new” rental. That is not a solution. That is a scam dressed up as policy. This business preys on the fact that moving your belongings is a huge hassle, so they jack up rates year after year knowing most people won’t or can’t move. It may be technically legal, but it’s about as close to criminal behavior as you can get without breaking the law. If you value transparency or fair treatment, look elsewhere. If you rent here, expect relentless price hikes and zero loyalty for being a long term customer. Absolute trash business practices.

Went online and put a hold on a unit which was great. Went the property and met with David who was super helpful and answered all my questions. Shout out to Laurie as well from a different property she was also extremely helpful.

Linda the on-site manager provided excellent customer service when we needed to move to a larger storage unit. She provided several options and found the unit that satisfied our needs. She quickly completed all the paperwork and had us in a bigger unit without any hassles. Thank you!
