Our Experience with Public Storage of Olympia,WA

From the time we walked into the office to request information regarding the size and prices of the different storage units, we were informed about the different sizes available and cost per month. We explained our situation, and she gave us the move out date to be able to take advantage of "The First Month is Free" Jaunita was very professional during the whole process. We would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a good place to store belongings.

Wonderful location........ very happy with the staff.

I'm very happy with the location, the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The variety of units available and parking spots made this facility far pass others. Plus, the reasonable rent.

DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU 87 AT COOPERPOINT FOR FULL PRICE FOR IT IS NOT A 5 X 5!!! They lie about the sizr of my unit attempting monthly to charge me full price for the half unit advertised. Then lied about 50 dollar return on their over charged locks. Which i got for half the price at my new unit.. nit surprised at all. Never again will i let this place rip me off and i hope you read reviews so that you do not as well.

Kim has been so helpful. I purchased online & the unit didn’t match my needs, she took the time to accommodate my situation & with great customer service, she made it happen! Super easy going & I’m grateful. Highly recommend. All 3 units I looked at were clean & well maintained. I feel confident that my belongings are safe.

Kim at Public storage was so very helpful. What a gem. It was a fairly fast and easy transaction. When I asked, she showed me the building, the easiest way to get in and out and how to most safely secure my belongings. What a gem!!!

Ian as I came into the facility was friendly and helped me with a unit in a professional and curious way to allow me the benefit of getting a unit that is actually affordable if you want a chance at rock bottom prices that some places advertise and then tell you something different when you get there. If you have your own lock of any type for A 5' x 5' it's only $30 the first month with no ties. You get to walk away freely. I got this place at a needy time being exited from my residence for faulty excuses, but the stress has lessened being here at public storage. It's worth calling and maybe youll get lucky and talk to the director like I did. You need a place this is it.

Kim, the manager, was basically, a life saver. I feel, she went above & beyond her duties. Saved me a lot of STEPS that I needed to take. Will return again someday. Such a convenient location too.
