Ian has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. Just a day or two after I rented my unit he reached out personally, introduced himself, and let me know that if I had any questions or ran into any issues he’d be more than happy to help. I later bumped into him on the property and we ended up having a genuinely great conversation. He’s a very kind, professional, and down to earth guy who clearly takes pride in what he does and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location or honestly any location that Ian manages. Customer service like that is rare these days.

Great experience here. I spoke with Ian, despite there being a Kiosk. He answered all my questions, wqlked me through my space, and helped me purchase what I needed. He was a huge help. I dont trust a Kiosk, so I was glad when he showed up. Great service!

This has been the best storage facility I’ve used in the last several years! Ian is definitely on top of it and keeps the place running well. I accidentally placed my lock incorrectly one night, and he called me first thing the next morning so I could come fix it. I feel very confident keeping my things here because I know he’s looking out and will notice if anything is amiss! Definitely recommend!
