I have worked with a couple different Storage Facilities and this one is by far the smoothest experience, friendly fast customer service, and ease of accessibility to my secure unit. Ian is absolutely great and really good with communication and assisting with questions and helping me through the whole process. Then, when I needed to have a new key/lock arranged, they ensured it was done with expediency and called me to keep me updated and had my new key ready very quickly. Nikki is also wonderful, friendly and eases my stress when I’ve been overwhelmed. I’m very grateful for Ian and his team making everything feel a lot less daunting and much less stressful than some places. A surprisingly smooth experience for me when I most needed the positivity and support they provide. Thank you guys!!

The team at Public Storage truly went above and beyond during a very difficult time for my family. I needed help gaining control of a loved one’s storage unit after they had passed, and every single staff member showed compassion, patience, and professionalism. Once they understood what was going on, each staff member offered their condolences and treated me with genuine care and respect. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to help guide me through the process and make sure everything was handled properly. Their kindness and support made an emotional situation much easier to navigate. This is an outstanding team, and I’m incredibly grateful for how they showed up when it mattered most.
