I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service of Coquita. We have been renting a small unit here for a year, but as we approach a renovation we urgently needed the biggest unit available. When I visited in December, Coquita helped look for available units and while none were available, she took down our info and said she’d call if something became available. She also gave us a rate adjustment on our current unit and gave me some tips. Then just this week, we got a call from Coquita the second a 10x20 opened up. She had followed through and despite probably working with thousands of clients, she had the care to remember our needs. She truly has saved our remodel and we are so grateful!

Coquita and Paul are absolutely amazing. Coquita's personality every time I came in made me look forward to coming to my unit instead of dreading it. I wish the hours were more customer friendly as other reviews have mentioned, but the customer service folks make up for it with smiles, laughter, and professionalism.

I had fully decided against this facility due to its short hours of operation until I visited the site. Upon arriving I was quickly and warmly greeted with a smile by an exemplary employee named Coquita. Not to say that any of the employees were lack luster as they were all extremely well mannered and informed for the most part. No, Coquita just would out in any peer group, the kind of employee that would make going to the dentist or DMV a pleasant experience, with her Unwavering integrity and personable demeanor we trusted her immediately and she has proven herself again and again to be the kind of asset any organization would be blessed to have in their service, but also equally an asset to each specific customer consistently exceeding expectations, and looking out for our best interests. She makes sure we get the most of rental with responsible helpful recommendations, has guided us through upgrading as well in a most non intrusive way, always with our best interest in mind. She never mislead, patronize or waste anyone's time and is a wonder of efficiency running the place in a delightful deliberate manner that you can't help but respect, Leading by most exceptional example.

We were moving around items to a new storage unit, as well as clearing out a bunch of items. The staff were very helpful, and we did not realize the closing time based on the access information on the website. We kept the staff late, and they stayed and let us back up to make sure we got all of our items. Thanks to Paul and Greg for their help! They close at 6 pm! Coquita was also incredibly helpful the day before. I also had a nice conversation with the team when i arrived. Great staff here!

A big shout out to Coquita. She is a problem solver and stays with you until everything is resolved. I needed to transfer to a smaller unit at the UVillage property and she made it happen with follow up calls and working with her manager. When I went in today to finalize the transfer, Wesley was all ready for me. This is what customer service is.
