Usually there is NO ONE IN THE OFFICE EVER here. However today that wasnt the case. I called the office before it was open and didnt expect a call back whatsoever. Around 11 am Whitney returned my call and my art project that i left in the building was moved and put into the company's locked space since I just left it in my vacated space with no lock on it. Whitney saved it for me and kept it safe, today she returned my call and was in the office waiting for me with my painting. I turned my project in today and received an A. If it wasn't for her, I woulda had to start all the way over...and or someone would have stolen it and or it could have been thrown away. Thank you for not throwing my art away and thank you for actually returning my voicemail. I truly appreciate it and I really hope your in the office more often maybe my anger towards the office being ALWAYS being empty will disappear with your presence. Thanks again!

Just got a notification that my rate (signed up at a price of under $90/month which has increased to $120/month over the last few months) will be increased from $120/mo to $170/mo in a few weeks, an almost 50% increase. Sadly I will be forced to move my stored items elsewhere, this is an extremely anti-customer move on their part. Absolutely ridiculous and predatory billing practices. Edit: "thanks" for responding business owner. You going to take my feedback and not jack up my price or are you just going to post an empty platitude and continue being scummy to your customers?

Wes is a great site manager and super helpful in getting set up. Unfortunately management is only on site from 9:30-1:00pm, but this is manageable. Overall great service

Signing up for a unit was very easy. When I needed to visit the site and look at the different sized spaces, a delightful person very patiently showed me all of my options and walked me through pros and cons of different units. Using the codes are easy and there always seems to be enough carts when I need to unload items. The space itself is very clean and well secured. I had used this site 12 years ago when I moved out of my condo and it was just as good then so that is why I opted to use it again.
