1235 s Sprague In Tacoma is a rude, unprofessional employee. She doesn't know her job . I called over phone to rent a 5 by 10. She was short with me on phone cus I couldn't hear her she kept mumbleing. Whe. I showed she told me a.different price then she told me over phone them argued with me about it . I told her I had to run to bank and she told me to hurry cuz she wanted to go home early. I don't know how the other people who work there are but the lady with glasses that worked.feb 20. I have been there for 6 months and let me tell you that this is the best facility. They leave you alone and they keep it clean.Also the people I have met there have been very nice.Staff is always helpful but also very polite .I have had multiple storages but nothing compares to having a clean,safe guarded storage that you always feel comfortable going to .I give it a 10 out of 10.I never leave reviews but my experience has been very pleasant.Thank you

I would never store anything here ever. The management of the property is horrible. Especially rodent control. My insurance company didn’t cover rodent damage to my property. Public storage would not accept responsibility for any of the damages unless I paid for their insurance.

Horrible place. Everything I had in there is full of rodent crap. Water came in under the door and ruined some of my things. I went in before the first of the month to empty my unit and the gate was broken. It worked for the entrance, but the exit key pad was broken. I was locked in for an hour and a half and had to call the fire department...this has happened twice. I called and called to find out if the gate was still broken before going back to get the rest of my things and no one ever answered so I had to keep leaving voicemails. When they finally would call me back, they wouldn't leave a message to let me know that the gate was fixed...said my voicemail was full. That is absolutely not true. I did not want to go back in there until I knew that the gate was fixed because there are druggies that are there at all hours and it is not safe. I have about 2 boxes left in there and now they have put a lien on the unit for non payment even though I tried to get my stuff out before the first of December. I didn't want to get locked in again. Now I am going to have to pay $144 to get two boxes. If I was certain there wasn't anything important in them, I would just let them have them. Absolutely horrible customer service.
