Stated in the contract that rent will be market value assessed every 6-8 months. Amazingly, I haven’t had my unit for 6 months yet and they have raised the rate and management refuses to call me and explain what’s going on. I’ll be in touch on breach of contract proceedings via my attorney. Thanks for not being able to follow your own contract but expecting customers to. Add to that the fact that no one is ever on site or answering the phone, always waiting around for a call back.

I have been a long term customer of Public storage Greenfield on Hyw-100 and Layton and have always been happy with management, especially Sandee who is always helpful, happy, and courteous. She runs a tight ship as I see Sandee walking the area regularly even when cold outside checking for any debris on grounds plus checking storage unit locks. This location is so convenient to freeway which is a plus also. You will not be disappointed with Greenfield Public Storage. Larry Z

Good evening all, Just want to let you all know what a horrible job corporate does within this company. Rate changers increase ...started at $90.00. a month....4 years later they have increased my rate to approximately $225.00, a month. One would think that the corporate office would not do a 100% increase to their customers. I received emails from them consistently informing me that if I have not paid by the 6th.of every month that my unit is going to auction. I usually pay around the 3rd of every month, but still receive invalid emails & text messages. This month the system would not me pay by link or through their app saying that account has had financial issues, and declining my card. I checked my bank statements and all payments have been paid...up till June. I have five emails and a couple text messages from the corporate office.Hounding me for money that i've already given them. If they checked their records, I had access to my storage unit the whole month of may so how could it possibly be that I did not pay them but yet I was getting into my unit because they don't work that way. You don't pay by the seventh of every month.You don't get into your unit. I will say that I have had a couple really good of their customer representatives at the unit on leighton street, in greenfield, that I have been able to trust and help me through all of these unfortunate happenings. However, it's to a point where I just want to get my stuff out and be done with public starch, the world's worst company that I have ever dealt with... Do not purchase a unit from them. I've been checking around, and there are other units out there much cheaper than what these people think they're worth. I have placed several complaints.And i've never heard from customer service. And I can only imagine tomorrow when I call sandy, my customer rep at the Greenfield location and tell her that they're charging me for May, when she knows I was in there. Several times May. I strongly suggest that you don't rent from danny public storage unit. Unworthy business partners and they just don't care. Sincerely, Rhonda Foster
