Prices are reasonable compared to other facilities. However, if you intend to rent a storage locker for the long term, you will find that they raise your rent far above what they charge for a new customer. They call new customer rates "teaser rates" on the phone, but nowhere on their website are they called that, just "rates". They will allow you to recover the posted rate, but you will have to move to a different storage locker. In my case, for a 6x11 locker I was initially charged about 50/month. After 14 years this had increased to 80/month at the same time they were offering similar size lockers for 55-60/month to new customers. They apparently don't value long-termers and as a result I moved out on the 10th day of the month. At first the front desk person said that I would be responsible to pay the prorated portion - the manager then corrected her and said that after the 5th the customer has to pay for the entire month. No problem, but again it is a kick in the pants to a good customer. As a landlord, I know the value of keeping good tenants by limiting rent increases, since turning over an apartment can be costly especially if it isn't re-rented right away.

Very easy and fast move in.
