I ended up needing multiple units and no discounts were available or provided upon request. That is a major disservice to someone in a bind. Furthermore, the lot maintenance is horrific. Thick ice, that my son wiped out on and had a horrible hip and thigh bruise as well as elbow arm and shoulder). Snow plowing and shoveling is a bare minimum, if that. There are potholes and divets that are only evened out by the ice and snow. These divets make it difficult to navigate by foot for someone with mobility issues, especially when carrying things to and from storage; whether using a cart or not.

Don’t rent here. The lady who had to come and finish paper work is extremely rude, I let it go as we all have bad days.. when we arrived she was still annoyed she had to show up, and was on her personal phone and made us wait to finish her conversation, talking about dinner plans and when she will be leaving, because she had to wait for us. Unit it self was fine, giant crack through the floor that we tripped on multiple times putting items in the unit. Then 5 months they jack up the rate almost 3x the amount we pay.. and the front desk lady said it was a good price for a year before they increase. We were never notified of the increase thankfully I noticed on the app.. The online help was horrible said well we sent a notice it’s not our problem and won’t help keep us by trying to help with the rate. And while responding he disconnect our conversation, the bubble pops up when someone is typing so he knew I was still there. Horrible company to work with. Less than 30 day notice of increase..still waiting for the mail they sent stating so. Super sad I had public storage when I lived in Illinois for 5 years and rates never increased like this and they were always nice. But not here check out other storage places!! We found one bigger and only cost us 2$ more than what we were paying at public storage, not 3x the amount they tried to increase. Over all customer service is rude. The only nice person I spoke with is the guy I verified I didn’t own any extra like my cancel email stated; I guess they are glad to see people leave. Beware!!

Will not rent again.. They upped the charge by $30 per month.. Luckily it was only temporary due to getting married and selling my condo and combining households.

I rented a storage unit today and Angel helped me get set up and he was super helpful. The facility is clean, easy to access and climate controlled. He made one part of my move easier today. Thank you.
