I've rented a unit from this company for four years. I paid for the extra insurance that they insisted I get and when my unit was broken into the insurance wasn't worth the money I spent. When I was notified I couldn't tell what was missing. Once I was ready to move my things I realized that my microwave was gone. I spoke with the owner and he told me there was nothing that could be done because of the time. I don't understand that when I paid for insurance. What was the purpose. I have given this company almost $5000.00 and this is the thanks I get for my business. I asked how that was possible and all I got from the owner was well the time that it's been I don't think I can do anything. I felt this was bull. I could've lied when I first went by there and claimed all types of items but I was honest and told him I can't tell because it was packed from front to back but when I realized what was missing I let him know and again was told there was nothing that could be done. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
