The reason I decided not to store with public storage was the rotten problems and seeing how the prices will rise extremely high due to your marketing values. However the pleasant experience with Ms. Whitney’s customer service was astounding. The property was well-maintained, however you can tell that the rottens are a problem even with the resources they are provided. When I looked into the unit I was being presented. You can clearly see that it was clean, however the rodents ate through the pellets that was meant for them.

Public Storage 3232 Lorna Rd, Hoover / Birmingham, AL 35216 Here is a clear review mentioning the Lorna Square / Lorna Rd location: Review: Very bad experience at Public Storage on Lorna Rd in Hoover (Lorna Square area). I went to the office and paid my bill in cash, but the employee took my money and never applied the payment to my account. When I tried to fix the problem, they refused to check the security cameras to see what happened. They do not seem to care about their customers. Because of their mistake, they still allow people to lose their belongings even after paying. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

2 stars for the cost for the size of the unit I suppose but the rat infestation is insane. New renters: use if desperate and do research on how to deal with RATS before you move your stuff in. I have photos of dead rats (at least theyre dead?) outside of the units that were just left to rot in the sun but I dealt. You'll esp see them along the retaining wall. Maybe of the corners have been hit and damaged so rats can easily get in. I had it covered but they removed it. I've put traps out and killed a few, but they're getting into my stuff faster than I can deal with them. I've dealt with Rats elsewhere and I know what and how to but this is too much, and I forgot about mole pesticide I had that I JUST put in last l Week but I have bags chewed into and already had to toss some stuff. I'll be moving/donating my stuff within the next few months before the rats ruin it. Already had to go in and clean up the damage and droppings twice. These monthly charges to save stuff theyre destroying isn't cool. I've now thrown away $170/month to store stuff I wanted to keep that most will be tossed due to this. Insurance will NOT cover rodent damage just FYI. I understand it's part of storage units but for me this cost and my stuff getting ruined isn't worth it to me.

Quick and simple to sign up when they want your money, Great sign up bonus And first my rent, then Lord behold 3 months later, rent go up $30 plus 20 for insurance they try to make your take even when you refuse it, they keep adding it every month and another 20 for 24 hour gate access. So look for a thirty dollar increase about every three months and continuous problem with the insurance.If you don't want it. Bad bad business!!
