Rental prices seem to be pretty close...
Rental prices seem to be pretty close to "market pricing" when there is a competitive market, e.g. one is neither being overcharged or getting a bargain. The storage units are usually sized to meet the customer's requirements. Staff, when onsite, are courteous and professional. The exterior doors of the facility are "generally" secure, although if there is a moving van loading or unloading, a door is usually "propped open" allowing others to bypass the entry code procedure. Occasionally one may need to hunt for an available cart. In addition to entry code, one also needs to use it for elevator. The facility I used fairly custom key lock, which added a $20.00 purchase sur-charge although some personal locks could probably be used.

Ann and Rita are remarkable and deserve...
Ann and Rita are remarkable and deserve more praise than I can give them in a short review. Hurricane Sally chased me out of my condo, and I was in dire straits for a dry, clean, climate-controlled storage unit. Public Storage in Gulf Shores fit the bill, and the knowledge, warmth, and charm of Ann and Rita helped calm my post-hurricane nerves.
