Brent went above and beyond to rectify an error that was made by the call center when the office was closed. I got the storage unit that I wanted and he was very clear about the contract. The place is incredibly clean, well lit and spacious. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Brent is one of the best. The lady that was there before him was not good and very sketchy but when they got rid of her, And brought him in my experience, got a lot better he has been very helpful. It is very personable!!!

I called for the first time for information and spoke with Brent months ago. I am one of those people that ask a lot of questions. Brent answered them all while being polite, professional and informative. Everything was set up over the phone with ease. When we arrived to unload Brent was there to help us and even came out and swept the unit and made sure everything was going well. I have called a couple of times and the excellent customer service from Brent is consistent. We are happy with the unit so far and the price is very reasonable. The initial contact is so important for me. Had Brent treated me anything less than important I would have gone elsewhere. Thank you, Brent!
