From start to finish, it was absolutely amazing. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly — the check-in was smooth, simple, and completely stress-free (much appreciated on moving day when everything else feels chaotic!). The facility is spotless, smells fresh, and the climate-controlled environment gave me instant peace of mind. The highlight: the staff went above and beyond. I was exhausted after moving and Caprise the store manager offered water and energy drinks — seriously immaculate customer service. Everything I needed was set up the night before my big move, and that made all the difference. From day one upon leasing our unit...his customer service has been excellent! He is very friendly and professional each time we visit the storage facility. The facility is conveniently located, easy to get into and out of. It is very clean and well-maintained and has strong security measures.
