Climate control issue, pictures speak volumes. This much moisture greatly diminishes the "climate control" value. These leaks are not new. The presence of corrosion is a telltale sign of the duration of the leaks. This much water on the floor is definitely a slip hazard; water is a huge liability.

Needed a storage unit quickly when moving out of my previous home. was able to secure a unit the same day with lock and key. Staff was friendly and helpful to show me exactly where the unit was. Caution, though, I did find the lot can be tight to navigate if you're in a full size pickup truck, like myself. No complaints.

Great staff, very helpful. Reasonable price considering the industry. Storage units definitely need lighting inside, especially for larger units. Disappointed that they don't have 24 hour access. Us night owls need some love in that dept. Overall 7.5/10 but would recommend.

The manager Demetrius Griffin and his assistant Zandra Grimmett is always extremely helpful and go over and beyond to assist their customers. We have maintained a storage at this facility since January 2017 due to ethical requirements to maintain certain files for a certain length of time. I received a notice that the fees were going up significantly. I went in to discuss the notice and Mr. Griffin with no hesitation immediately offered to allow me to keep the storage at a reduced rate that was cheaper than the rate before the increase. I am extremely grateful for Mr. Griffin and Ms. Grimmett. I highly recommend Devon Storage and the Irondale location!!!

Nice and clean storage facility. Evan was wonderful and was very patient and helpful answering my tons of questions. I think the best thing is being able to drive in the building and being so close to my unit much better than most climate control facilities. I 10/10 recommend them oh and it’s literally right off the interstate so easy to get to!
