Pretty convenient location, manager is very nice and the prices are affordable.would be nice if you had 24 hour access to your stuff; And could definitely go without the rats eating your belongings,and relieving themselves on everything, I clean up after them everyday. When I complained I was told an exterminator is on site. I'm guessing the exterminator is the little black traps that only catch dust.
Angel was very helpful as always. Always courteous when I call with an issue or question. Knowledgeable and friendly.
Everyone has been so helpful from the first phone call to check on a available storage room until the last text. The ladies have made sure I understood everything and made this experience a great one. From getting the unit until I picked up the lock and key. Everything was as they had told me no surprises. I rate them a 20 out of 10
Very clean storage facility, conveniently located but secure and easy to drive in and out. All the paperwork and billing is contactless. I liked it better when there was a kind helpful lady in the office but I have learned to change. Value for the money, it's mid price.
