Balch Storage

On January the 27th while trying to get my truck out of the facility on Balch road after parking here for over 30 days, mind you this while paying to park here under an established contract that I signed and making payments for. I discovered that after 30 days of going in and out of this facility, I was told that I was parking my truck at the wrong location, which is less than 5 mins away from my house. Imagine that!! On this day after making countless calls to see if someone could assist me, and explain to me why I was not able to access the property to get my truck and all of this is taking place while I'm on the phone with a customer who I was supposed to pick up a load for in Birmingham, which was paying me $1150. I was met with a rude response from the lady who finally decided to take my call after my customer called and pretended to be a potential new customer because when I called I got no answer. Once my call was finally taken,I was basically told that it was not her fault and that an email was sent to all customers to inform that they would not be able to access the property due to potential weather related issues. This facility is and outdoors property !! Needless to say, I lost the load and after parking at that same facility for over 30 days, I had to go to the main office on Madison Blvd to get this mess straightened out and to find out that I was being overcharged to park my truck at the facility on Balch road which only offers uncovered parking for my truck. My loss their gain.

I had these movers come to the house and they loaded household Furniture/Boxes on their truck and took them to my Storage Unit. Once they started, they loaded everything, Drove to the Storage Unit and unloaded. Once they started they did not stop until the task was completed. They took great care of the Furniture putting on a protective wrap . Excellent work. I Will definitely use them when I move the Items out of Storage. This is one satisfied Customer.
