Jessica is location manager at Old Madison Pike and Hughes Rd in Madison. She and her team are phenomenal. Jessica and her team have gone out of their way to provide quality service that has exceeded expectations numerous times with answering questions and providibg assistance. We've used Extra Space Storage in Florida and Ohio. We consulted with Jessica for our move from Ohio and everything was ready to go when we got here...no hiccups!!! We appreciate her kindness, warmth, promptness and sense of humor! Thank you Jessica, you are awesomel!!!

I was so grateful to get a storage unit close to the house. Did not like that every time we had to try to go in and out the doors it will close and lock and have to push in a code again. But good I didn’t have to walk that far to get to the storage unit so that was a blessing. Thank you for your service.
