I have had nothing but good experiences each time I have had to speak with one of their associates. My storage items remain safe, secure, and out of the elements. I found their digital lock and gate system to be user friendly, and this user does not usually find such things friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend their facilities.

The customer service is horrible. They will harass the fire out of you wanting to sell you high priced insurance to cover $5k worth of property. I cannot get them to leave me alone. The app doesn’t work very well to communicate. It opens the door and that’s about it.

I’ve used Storeease for a few years and have loved the experience. Using my phone to lock and unlock my unit has been seamless. Working with Storeease Representative Ana was a very pleasant experience. She handled my tricky situation very professionally. Highly recommend Storeease for self storage.

I am extremely grateful for Anna with StorageEase, who provided exceptional customer service by going above and beyond without hesitation. During my transition phase due to separation, Anna's had a gut feeling that something was not right. She called me to let me know that I needed to retrieved my belongings, including sentimental items such as my grandmother's ring and my dog's ashes, from our shared storage unit. I was in complete disbelief because my X partner and I were in contact about which date I was planing to get the rest of my things. At the time I was 5 hours away. I was trying to get a hold of my X partner but he was ignoring my calls and texts. After several attempts Anna's called him and facilitated a three-way call to resolve the matter. Her kindness and compassion allowed me to have more time to get my things and after I hung up on our call she called me again and gave me a sweet message and wanted to check on me. I told her what a true blessing she was that morning to me! Thank you!

Had 3 storage units here for 2 years while moving and remodeling a home. Just closed two of them with the third to follow shortly. Had absolutely no issues there while renting. Being able to talk to a live employee via video in the lobby was wonderful. Clean rooms and electronic doors were so much better than combo locks. Would use them again and highly recommend. When we closed our two units Eli on the video in lobby helped my daughter and I check out. We are not very savvy using our cell phones and he was very patient and helpful and had a great sense of humor too. Great place...highly recommend.
