I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but her patience and knowledge really stood out. She answered all my questions clearly, and I felt she genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. Not only did she provide great options, but I also appreciated how she walked me through the rental process without any rush. It made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Kaylie's kindness was refreshing, and it really made a difference during what can be a stressful experience. The facility itself is clean and secure, which also put my mind at ease. Wish I could give 0 star, this place we use to love a couple months ago since we first got out unit, but this past month has been awful! The facility is absolutely disgusting! The old manager use to keep it so clean and bug free… not anymore. There are so many dead bugs laying all in the hallways and trash everywhere where broken furniture has been left! Definitely wouldn’t recommend! And whoever they have working there this morning was so rude to me and then brought up that it was the “old manager’s” fault it was so nasty…. (By the way she has been gone a month) So unprofessional to talk about an employee to a tenant. And it was super clean when they had the old manager. Definitely wish she was back at this location!
