I love this facility. I will never go back to exterior storage. Climate controlled is best. Such a good area and so many options with the managers/virtual. Me and Jasmine are always running into each other and she has helped me and my mom so much. Will recommend to everyone.

I love this place. I had my stuff in two storage units for several months. Super easy to access after hours. I felt like my items were safe. Definitely recommend.

Super disappointed in this storage facility! I stored my daughter’s car there for the summer. I was informed 3 weeks before we came to get it that it had been hit. But because of where she was parked and where the cameras were, they could not see who hit it. I was told that I had to provide my insurance card, but didn’t know in doing so I forfeit my right to the facilities insurance. My car now has over 2200$ in damage and they offered $87.00. I also found out that now her front camera is having issues so now I will have to pay more. I asked why they could not see anything on camera… it’s because they parked her next to a huge truck that you could not see over and they do not have enough cameras to record all angles of the the lot. I was told if they put more cameras in, it would be too expensive. Very unprofessional the way they are treating us. I will never use them again. I suggest if you’re going to park there, you make sure you will be able to see your vehicle on the cameras. Very dissatisfied with how they handle this situation. Also disappointed in who ever hit my car. I thought southern people were supposed to be nice. Aggravated customer!

the virtual managers are a great feature, but I love when jasmine is in the office. she is so welcoming and the office is comfy. the facility is simple and clean and in a great spot
