For the people that rented a unit when it was Clay Mini Storage owner Randy Gallups, if he locked you out of your unit and took immediate possession of your items, you may want to contact an attorney if you never received a certified letter from him stating he was doing so. I know for a fact he didn’t send any out. Contact an attorney and sue him for your things. He didn’t comply with what Alabama says storage facilities are suppose to do before taking the items he wanted and sold for himself. “in Alabama, storage facilities must provide notice before taking possession of your belongings due to unpaid rent. They are required to send a notice by verified mail or, if that's not possible, by electronic mail to the last known address of the occupant. The operator must also comply with certain requirements regarding lien holders”.

They take care of their customers and work with you every chance they get. They made moving in and out of the unit easy. Went above and beyond to save me money as well.

I called and got the smallest storage unit and it was during the middle of the month. The guy was really short and rude. Explained no one worked there on the property I could pay over the phone . No detail or telling me anything about the storage unit and information .More or less had to keep asking what ever there was I need to know. but price was decent and in the location I needed . He prorated it for what was 27$ and I called a week after renting letting him knkw I moved out of the city and if I could get my money back or credited to my debit card.He was very rude his first response was No I could have rented that storage space 4 times. And then he replied the answer is NO And I mean No .Wow I hung up Didn't want to say something that I couldn't keep my mouth from saying. I will never use or reccomend Clay Storage.Bld no manners and very touchy even when he's having a new customer so I'm sure he that way to everyone new or old.

I've had a storage shed there for going on 3 years. Never had one problem at all. Thanks guys for making this so easy to do! Definitely would recommend these guys and their prices are very competitive too!.. I mean... MyDaMnWoRd 😬🔫 🙉🙊🙈🙄😱🌚🔴🤗🤠😎👽🧠

I highly recommend this storage business. Randy is very friendly and great to do work with. The units are very clean and very competitive pricing. Good location also. I give these units 5 stars!
