I’ve gotta say, this storage place has really impressed me. Being able to handle everything remotely through their management system is way more convenient than I expected. It’s super easy to use. I feels totally secure with my items placed in their storage facility. Their unique model makes the whole storage process much less of a hassle if i am being honest. I also appreciated the professionalism of the staff. Milton was great!

Our storage was broken into and items were taking. The manager was aware of the lock not working properly.

Place was surface clean but as far as the unit itself is ok but the property has rats that get into the units and damages people property.upon moving out of the unit I ended up going to the hospital due to my lung collapse I ended up leaving 5 items a small bedside table (broken full of rat crap),a small shelf unit (broken full of rat crap)a IGA bag of water bottles and soda cans,a child's chair and a 2lb bag of cement all going to the trash.I explained everything to the people about what happened they informed me that if I don't drive back into AZ city to finish empty it they will charge me a 150 monthly until I get it empty So the low rate is due to NO COMPASSIONATE FOR THE SENIORS THAT RENT FROM THEM.I HAD TO A SELF DISCHARGE AGAINST DOCTOR ORDERS JUST SO I COULD TRAVEL A HOUR AND A HALF JUST TO GET BACK TO AZ CITY.THEN THEY SAY THAT THERE UNITS ARE 10 X 10 BUT I DON'T THINK SO I HAVE A 10 X 10 IN PHOENIX THAT IS TWICE THE SIZE OF THERE 10 X 10
