I’ve been a tenant at RiverCrossing Storage on 12100 for almost 2 years now and have never needed or wanted to move facilities. From the moment we moved in, we were provided outstanding customer service from a gal named Nelly. She made sure to set our unit reservation and so when we arrived finalizing paperwork was easy. We were moving our things from another storage facility into River Crossing and would be making several trips. We were not too excited about making the move but River Crossing was closer to home. Nelly offered us to use one of their moving trucks, for free, because we were new tenants! I’ve had nothing but the very best customer service from River Crossing. Chris was also one of my absolute favorites, besides Nelly. If I’ve ever needed a dolly to move things, they have always been willing to allow me to use of one theirs! I love River Crossing Storage and love Nelly. Please give this lady a raise!

I had such a great experience at River Crossing Self Storage! Ed and Nelly were amazing—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I was able to use their free move-in truck, which was a huge help, and even got a $40 credit for referring a friend who came with me. It’s rare to find such kind and accommodating people these days. I highly recommend River Crossing Self Storage to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares!

WOW!!! A+++++++++ Nelly, the receptionist is what every company wants from an employee. She saw the frustration of me and my wife’s eyes When we walked in due to a flood at our home and immediately took it upon herself to make sure we were taken care of and got the proper units that were needed…She rented that unit quick and easy we’re back to business... Being a business owner myself. River Crossing You guys are very lucky to have an employee like Nelly this girl goes above and beyond while still following company Guidelines!! I moved to Goodyear from Indio California recently and I needed a place to store my life's possessions. It was late Sunday afternoon and it was hot as the day was long.....and I'm talking about a moving day. Ed was working the desk that day and he was kind and understanding to my plight. He was genuinely interested in my welfare in regards about what I had put myself through and my unfocused and confused state of mind due to the extreme heat. I was and I am so very grateful to Ed and Nelly for their support, care and even encouragement which hasn't stopped to this day. They run a good stable of storage sheds here and I highly recommend this storage facility to do business with.😃
